RULES
- Please make ARROWHEAD
OUTFITTERS aware of any medical conditions you may have.
- No closed actions on firearms
in vehicles, around people, or at camp!
- No excessive drinking or handling
firearms when drinking.
- No party hunting.
It is illegal in Colorado.
- Keep required orange on at all
times, NO CAMO ORANGE,
it is illegal in Colorado.
- ARROWHEAD OUTFITTERS
is not responsible for accidents.
- This is a written warning about
the sport of hunting. Hunting is a very dangerous sport and
conditions of a hunt can be adverse. Safety is an utmost concern
and each hunter is expected to act in a responsible
and ethical manner. Conditions could occur that
are beyond the control of ARROWHEAD OUTFITTERS.
- Any illegally taken game will
be turned over to the proper State's Division of Wildlife. Any
costs will be the responsibility of the individual hunter(s).
Please read the game laws carefully and feel free to ask questions.
- Type of hunting is mostly sitting
watching for moving game, with some spot and stalk hunting.

TRUCK YOU CAN HUNT WITH US!
PACKAGE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Room and board.
- License, processing,
storage, transportation of game to final destinations, and taxidermy
fees.
- ARROWHEAD OUTFITTERS
strongly encourages the use of a local
packing plant for handling your big-game processing. Services
such as skinning, caping, and storage are available from these
plants for a fee.
- If you choose
to process your animal on your own, ARROWHEAD
OUTFITTERS will not be responsible for any damage
caused by improper handling.
FOOD
AND LODGING - ELK, DEER, WILD BOAR HUNTS
Due
in part to rising concerns over proper diets, we have found it
increasingly difficult to provide meals that suit everyone. We
have elected instead to have clients provide for their room and
board. We have reserved large rooms at area Bed & Breakfasts
or Motels. There are numerous lodging and food establishments
near the hunting areas in all locations (Northwestern Colorado
and Texas).
SUGGESTED/REQUIRED
EQUIPMENT
- Big-bore rifle
(30.06, 270, 300 mag. etc.) and ammo. Practice
shooting from 50-300 yards. Bows should have a minimum pull
of 45 lbs., with 50 or more highly suggested.
- Binoculars,
spotting scope, GPS, flashlight, etc.
- Daylight fluorescent
orange only, NO
CAMO ORANGE.
Baseball cap and vest meet minimum state requirements.
- Clothes for
all conditions, fall weather in the rockies can
change dramatically in a matter of hours!
- Day packs of
some sort are necessary to carry lunches and personal gear.
Also, a water container or canteen and towels.
- Bring sleeping
bag if using cabin/house for semi-guided hunts.
